I am a certified professional coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), one of the most well-established and respected coaching programs in the United States. I also hold an ACC credential through the International Coaching Federation. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a variety of goals that encompass all facets of the human experience: personal growth, career, relationships, parenting, and spirituality. My goal is to support you in reaching your personal goals to help you live your most authentic, meaningful, and actualized life.

I have 14 years of nonprofit communications and marketing experience for organizations including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the National Ecological Observatory Network, and the University of Colorado Boulder. Learn more here.

I coach because I believe global change begins with personal transformation. I was called to this work because I wanted to cultivate a well-lived life for myself and support others in that same pursuit.

I am a writer and a mother to an amazing son. I have lived in New York City, Washington, DC, Seattle and Seoul, but Colorado will always be my home.
